Start Date: March 2024
Functional role: Production technicians are responsible for fulfilling the production needs of Antidote Processing Inc. This includes assisting in the extraction department and performing sanitation procedures.
The Production Technician’s key responsibilities include:
- Packaging bulk dry cannabis into finished products.
- Assisting with extraction activities, including the handling of fresh cannabis.
- Setting up the production rooms based on the production plan. This includes bringing materials to fulfill production needs and reconciling materials at the end of production.
- Adhering to SOPs throughout the processing chain including sanitation/cleaning.
- Following hygiene procedures at all times.
- Measure and weigh cannabis materials according to the production procedures.
- The accurate and timely completion of production batch records.
- Complying with security procedures, Good Production Practices and alerting management of any potential gaps.
- Complying with the employee policies of Antidote.
- Keeping a professional and positive attitude and demonstrating leadership by values of Antidote.
- As with the nature of a small startup there may be other duties assigned including but not limited to: shipping, receiving, facility maintenance, administrative functions, creation of work instructions.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Specialty Product Marketing:
- Capture images for product submissions, product marketing and social media.
- Contribute on and review written product information.
- Manage the social media account.
- Populate product images and descriptions to DABS, & marketing assets (Essence Cards, Price guide, sticker)
- Customer Care: Supply and directing retailers to digital product assets .
- Customer Care: observing and responding through social media channels.
